To put the size of this coastal property in perspective, at 300 hectares or around 750 acres, it is only slightly smaller than New York's Central Park and twice the size of London's Hyde Park. The North of the property features rocky cliffs that emerge from the sea to meet rolling foothills covered with lush pasture and native forest. These cliff top paddocks offer panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean including the Hen & Chicken and Poor Knights islands.
The farms western boundary is in the foothills of the spectacular and unique peaks of Mount Mania, a geographical wonder that identifies the Whangarei district. The mighty peak is not lonely; also guarding the farm is Taruikura Ridge and Kauri Mountain.
The farm's eastern boundary at the southern end of the farm, is the Pacific Ocean and the famously beautiful Ocean Beach.
